The Payroll add-on software module is an optional add-on to the Payroll Platinum module. It provides complementary features to the ones available in the Platinum module.

Payroll Multi-rate Platinum add-on Overview

• The module is used as an optional add-on to Payroll Platinum.
• The Payroll add-on multi-rate menu enables the assignment of any number of Earning IDs to an employee.
• Do we need the multi-rate add-on module for an employee to have several rates within a pay period?. No, see below.
• If an override of the default earning id is required at time of Payroll entry from the actual Payroll module, clicking on the dropdown button in the earning id column will popup only earning ids assigned to the employee you are entering hours for (without this it pops up all earning ids in the system).

• View all earning (rate) definitions assigned to an employee on an employee by employee bases.
